I had a great experience ordering from this florist. I requested a get-well-soon bouquet and it turned out beautiful. The flowers were fresh, bright, and arranged with care. The delivery was quick and the packaging ensured everything arrived safely. The staff were kind and helpful in suggesting the right design. The recipient was very happy. I will definitely return for future occasions because of their consistent quality and service.

I used Deerwood Florist to send flowers to a collegue in Jacksonville for her birthday. Not being in Jacksonville myself, I took a chance on Deerwood and am very pleased indeed. The flowers looked just like on the website and she loved them! Thank you so much for your professionalism and quality. Amazing experience!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Deerwood Florist! I called during one of the busiest times of the year — two days before Valentine’s Day — needing a pickup with only one day’s notice. I honestly expected it to be difficult, but their customer service was absolutely impeccable from start to finish. Ordering over the phone was simple and seamless. I gave very basic instructions — light blue and white, either a nosegay or corsage — and they kindly walked me through the options. We settled on a nosegay for my son’s girlfriend, and they handled everything with professionalism and ease. The pricing was also cheaper than another florist located less than a mile away from them. The arrangement was beautiful, exactly as described, and ready right on time. What impressed me even more was that another well-known local florist wouldn’t even take my order — and I had called them much earlier in the day. Deerwood Florist not only accepted the order, but exceeded expectations. And to be honest, I would have loved this arrangement for my own wedding. Reliable, kind, efficient, and talented — I will absolutely be using them again!

Very positive experience with this florist! We had flowers delivered for my daughter to put in her dorm for Valentine’s week. Prompt service and the bouquet came out gorgeous! She loves them and said the pictures don’t even do them justice. Thanks for your professionalism and talent.
